In all of my experience with RS Agents (or any salesperson, for that matter), she is by far way above anyone I ever met. She is very smart, knowledgeable, personable, professional, responsive, and much more. She actually listens to what your requirements are and acts upon these. She knows the business inside out. But one of the best things is that she never, never makes you feel pressured in the least. No matter how perhaps unrealistic your requirements are, she manages to actually pursue them for you, all with a great attitude... and results. She actually found our dream home for us (with all of our requirements) well within our budget and also made the whole buying process, to the very end, possible and very pleasant. What more can one ask for?

You cannot possibly do better than Georgia. Period. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, didn't hard sell ever, only suggested homes that matched our criteria, had so much patience as we worked through our own process, always had terrific recommendations for lenders, inspectors, insurance, but never pressured us to use her suggestions. Was ridiculously accessible by phone, text, and email, and was willing to jump in at any time to help us over bumps in the road. Bonus... is also simply a truly good human being.
