Create a moving timeline allowing at least two months before listing to complete all your preparations. The whole process varies depending on many factors including market conditions, your home’s condition, and the number of homes for sale in your neighborhood.

HOME PREPARATION & STAGING
A home that looks its best from the outside to its interior is more likely to sell faster and for a better price. Here are a few tips for preparing your home before listing.
Repaint or touch up exterior and interior surfaces, maintain landscaping, check doorbell, replace lightbulbs, clear out closets and drawers, repair or replace broken fixtures.
Refresh and Declutter. Clean or replace carpeting, wash window and screens, clean appliances, declutter counters. Update décor — throw pillows, bedspreads, towels.
Stagers can offer a simple consultation to help you arrange your existing furniture, or they can provide full services by adding their own decor and furniture. CONTRACT & CLOSING
