The 1970s brought a decade of music unlike any other. It was a golden age of many legends and classics with memorable songs like “Hotel California,” “Ma Sharona,” “Night Fever,” “Y.M.C.A.,” and “Crocodile Rock,” to name a few. I’m looking forward to Florida Studio Theatre’s (F.S.T.) Cabaret Revue The ’70s: More Than a Decade featuring the era’s music.
The Cabaret cast will perform some of the great hit songs, including The Who’s “Won’t Get Fooled Again,” the Captain and Tennille hit “Love Will Keep Us Together,” “Let it Be,” songs by the Bee Gees and Queen, and a medley of T.V. theme songs ranging “All in the Family” to “The Muppet Show.”
Performances are held in the F.S.T.’s John C. Court Cabaret, which also features Parisian-style in-theater dining. Dinner reservations are not necessary.
The ’70s — More Than A Decade runs now – February 12, 2023. Tickets
